Tata's Advinus Therapeutics acquired by Eurofins Scientific
Tata Industries announced that its pre clinical contract research company Advinus Therapeutics will soon be acquired by laboratory testing major Eurofins Scientific on 20th July 2017.
Advinus’ expertise complements Eurofins contract research, development and manufacturing (CDMO) capabilities, as per Tata Industries.
Literary festival with ‘Tolerance’ as theme to host by - Kerala
The state of Kerala is hosting the fifth edition of South India Writers Ensemble (SIWE) at Chengannur, a town in Kerala’s coastal Alappuzha district with the theme 'tolerances on 24th July 2017. Becker Wrecker’ Doohan Passes Away
Peter Doohan, who famously upset Boris Becker at Wimbledon, has died at the age of 56, Tennis Australia (TA) said. Dubbed ‘Becker Wrecker’ after defeating two-time defending champion Becker at Wimbledon in 1987, passed away from motor neurone disease diagnosed just nine weeks ago.
Priyanka Chopra To Be Honoured At Toronto Film Festival
The Toronto Film Festival is all set to honour Priyanka Chopra a day before it kicks off. According to the reports, the 35-year-old ‘Desi’ girl will be the guest of honour at the fundraiser event on September 6.
Toronto will also be honouring the ‘Mary Kom’ star for her activism of devoting time to UNICEF as a goodwill ambassador and the Priyanka Chopra Foundation for Health and Education.
